Privacy policy

Rubedo stores the information trainers enter about their business and their clients: contact details, session history, workout logs, payment records, body measurements and progress photos.

Health notes and progress photos are sensitive personal data. Photos are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. Progress photos never appear on a client's share page unless the trainer explicitly switches that on.

Trainers can export all of their data as JSON and can delete a single client or their whole account at any time; deletion removes all associated records and photos permanently.
